I am Kiyomi Takahashi, a Holistic Health Coach and Kundalini and Hatha Yoga Instructor living in Los Angeles, CA. In Japanese, Kiyomi means Pure Beauty and that's what I like to bring into my life and my client's. I teach people how to find a balance between peace and productivity. Through my heritage, it was instilled in me to work very, very hard. I still do but now I find I'm more productive when I'm present, balanced and nourished. I believe that success is not truly achieved without simultaneously feeling joy. I find that Yoga and meditation helps you to manage, release and increase energy - while good nutrition and smart lifestyle choices, sustain that energy.
In addition to my private clients, I facilitate monthly workshops and teach yoga at world-renown yoga studios, companies and festivals, including YogaWorks, Google and Tadasana Festival. My training in nutrition is from one of the best in the country, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I bring to my clients the knowledge of over 100 dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
It is my passion to share my knowledge from my own experience, as well as the training in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga tradition, combined with the nutrition and coaching training for you to have the life with optimal health and wellbeing as well as pure joy and sense of purpose.
